Apple Cider Vinegar- Does it Work?

Fri, December 15, 2017 7:08 PM

I recently heard that apple cider vinegar with "the mother" can be used to help relieve crohn's symptoms. Does this method really work in helping me relieve my symptoms and if so, how much should I take each day?

From what I understand, "the mother" is unrefined or unpasturized apple cider vinegar. I have heard that if it has "the mother" it contains beneficial bacteria that may help in your colon for people who have crohn's.
