No stomach pain just a weird discomfort feeling

Thu, November 08, 2018 7:12 AM

I'm recently pending diagnosis. The Dr. Says that it maybe Chrones or Ulceritis colitis. My immune system ANA is positive. As I research of this desease I find myself relating to the symptoms. I get diarreah, alot of fatigue and exhaustion to the max. One thing that i don't get is pain in the stomach. I only fee a weird discomfort in the stomach like is a very weird feeling sometimes burning and at times just like if I was bleeding. I can't put my finger on it. I don't know how to explain. I also get insomnia. This is messing with me mentally. Like I had to resign from my job because of all this weird feelings. Like literally I think I'm not going to make it. I bet is mental but the discomfort and exhaustion is real.. Why? Any thoughts on the weird discomfort, exhaustion/fatigue and insomnia?

I got diagnosed with crohns about 6 months ago. I know exactly what your mean with the weird, burn-y feeling. It took the doctors a while to reach my crohns diagnosis because they would always ask it my stomach hurt and it didn’t

Thank you for the response. The doctor said that the tests got back negative for anemic. But I should ask him if he could do it again. Im soon doing a colonoscopy.

You may be anemic.  I passed so much blood I needed transfusions , lots of them. I would be exhausted during the day then couldn’t sleep at night.  Ambien helped the sleep issues.
