First flare

Thu, December 27, 2018 6:19 PM

I was recently diagnosed with chrons around August of 2018, a mild case they told me which I’m extremely grateful fil hearing everyone else who has it much worse makes me feel like I have no reason to complain but I finally found a Med that worked for me and I was almost 100% pain free,. I still had some but I didn’t want to go to biologics. I was told I was in remission as of October and this past week everything has come back I’m not sure how to cope with this mentally I forgot I even had chrons and I was able I love my life again I used to live st the gym, I just got my weights back up and felt better than ever. Now here I am again driving is difficult I’m so fatigue I have to pick my leg up to press the break, living off saltine crackers and this time around a massive headache. How do I get out of this flare? Any advice is appreciated I have no support my family thinks this is nothing and doesn’t accept I even have it.
