Anyone feel over medicated with side effects?

I was diagnosed with CD 6 years ago and was put on Entyvio right away. I've been really fortunate to be in remission....Well, a year ago I weaned my self off of Lexapro for anxiety and just tried a good quality cbd oil to help with anxiety. With in 6 weeks I had major heartburn and nausea...Dr. office put me on Omeprazol and Zantac to calm inflammation. I remained on Omeprazole for esophagitsis...With in a few months I started suffering from terrible constipation. Dr. office put me on MiraLax. After 4 xrays this fall to see how much stool was in my intestines and several colon cleanses/purges, they upped my Miralax and now that I have constant nausea, they added Zofran. All these "band-aids" are just adding more symptoms and side effects. Anyone else have the same experiences on these over the counter meds? Anyone have natural remedies for constipation and nausea?

After I wrote my initial post, I was feeling terrible so I did a search on drug interactions.... I stopped taking MiraLax for constipation, Omeprazole for esophagitis, probiotics for good gut bacteria and Zofran for nausea.  No surprise, but there was a moderate interaction with all the medications and 3 GI medications is generally the max you should take, NOT 5. I went without for 4 days and started to feel a little better. I got an Entyvio infusion yesterday and while talking to the nurse about effects of stress on your body, I started to feel better. Stress and anxiety has been horrible on my body. It's really amazing how it causes so many problems physically and mentally.
My doctor ordered an MRI to figure out what was really going on and I had it today....Now I wait and pray that there is nothing major going on.  Wishing you all good health!
