Hi all,

New to the forum. Diagnosed with Crohn’s in late 1992 after  probably a solid decade of symptoms. Lost weight...gained weight, took just about everything my GI doc offered. Went through many of the ups and downs described here.

Over the years, I learned some triggers of my flares (mostly stress) and have managed to cope better.

Presently, I feel lucky to be able to manage my life, family and job.

I’m a bit of an exercise fanatic. Probably has something to do about exerting control over my often outnof control body...

not sure what else to say by way of introduction as i am a complete noob to the forum, as probably made obvious by the post.

hoping to learn from others and even offer some advice or support for those new to the condition or struggling.

I'm also new !  been diagnosed with Crohn's Colitis since 2013.
I wish I was also a fitness fanatic, the most I do is yoga but that has been on hold for a year due to recent flare and subsequent low energy.
I wish you luck !
