Anxiety attacks

Fri, June 14, 2019 1:24 PM

I was diagnosed in 2013 with ulcerative colitis and treated with mesalamine. I have chronic active disease. My question is I often have anxiety attacks that seem to end in going to the bathroom. Does anyone else have that? It is NOT every time I need to go, but I have these episodes out of the blue and they are scary! Thank you!

HI,
I had the Anxiety over the bed times and somtimes it could'nt let me whole night following day was almost spoiled & makes sleep disorders for next 2days... perhaps i realized that nutrients are unable to supply by our intestines. i just started ayurvedic medinces which was a short term goal to first defeat heat in the body so it soothes the layer and calm downs. hopefully  assuming it helps going forward
