Sinus Wounds after Pan Proctocolectomy

i everyone. As the title says, I had aTotal Proctocolectomy ( for those unsure, I had open surgery to remove my whole large bowel, rectum and anus removed, and my cheecks sewn back together, and an ileostomy). The surgery was 4 months ago, and after a lot of problems with the surgical wounds healing - they both de-hissed due to infection, I am now left with at least 3 sinus wounds in my butt which refuse to heal. The deepest started at 8 cm deep and its still around 4cm, even after 3 months of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (the vac pump with a drain tube inserted). My question is, could there be an underlying problem, and has anybody else had this problem and how was it resolved. I have had the option of plastic surgery mentioned, as well as skin grafts or opening and restitching. Thanks and sorry its such a long qusstion. I have had such a long recovery process and this is as short as i could make my story for now!
