Diet to naturally control disease

Good foods: 1. Raw milk (go slow to get used to it if your having symptoms) avoid pasteurized 2. buttermilk in small doses 3. ages cheeses (3 months or more, the older the better!) 4. sourdough bread goods (homemade bc bought bread usually has all kinds of unneeded additives and oils) 5. Sourkrout (start small if having symptoms) or fermented veggies 6. mustard (no added sugar or additives) 7. avocado 8. banana 9. very boiled mashed potatoes or carrots in small quantities 10. eggs (some people have trouble with eggs while flaring but good for me) 11. HONEY (raw and try for local, Costco has great local) 12. butter 13. olive oil 14. coconut oil 15. kombutcha (brew your own to save money!) 16. salami (the more natural the better. Lactobacillus for predigested, east to digest protein) or fatty meats like bacon on occasion. 17. organ meats!!!! 18. 100percent cacao (add honey for chocolate craving but don't overdo it) 19. garlic 20. onion in small amounts 21. blueberries ( less than a cup a day) 22. Any herbs BAD avoid at all cost foods: 1. sugar (any kind except raw honey) 2. artificial sweeteners 3. leafy greens (hard to digest and not very many calories) 4. vegetables except for above mentioned. Especially raw 5. seeds, nuts, legumes, beans, and whole grains 6. whole wheat 7. rice (even white was never good for me but maybe try. Avoid brown. I'm currently experimenting with fermented rice) 8. tomatoes 9. fruits ( once healed may have in very small quantities like less than ones per day) 10. vegetable oil (any kind.. it's the devil) 11. coffee (dandy blend is a good alternative if really needed) 12. lean meats (think the easier to chew and the fattier the better. Eat less amounts of fattier meats rather than more lean meats) 13. alcohol 14. Soy products When I was first starting to heal I had to also take a lot of herbs and suppliments to kill of my overgrown yeast/fungus infested intestine. Herb and suppliments: black seed oil. 500mg 3x daily oregano spirits: 1 dropper 2-3xday empty stomach palo de 'arco spirits. same as oregano activated charcoal. 1tsp morn&night terramin clay. 1tsp morn&night tumeric. 3 pills 2-3xday probiotic: 1/day (just thrive brand is good) healing nutrients: colostrum: 1tbs 2-3xday organ capsules. 1serving morning collagen protein. 1x daily So yeah that's basically it. Now I'm currently only taking one serving of oregano oil a day and clay on occasion. I've just been sticking to this meal plan and have felt great. An app like myfitness pal is really good at helping count calories to make sure you don't overeat bc it's really easy to do on this diet (especially if on Prednisone). A typical day for me looks like this: Wake up and take oregano oil on empty stomach Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 sourdough slices 1-1.5tbs butter Lunch: salami 2.5 oz Cheese 3oz Dinner: cheese 2oz Avocado 2 sourdough slices Snack: smoothie made with: Frozen banana 2tbs cacao powder 1 scoop collagen A little water Honey (1-1.5tbs)

Overall, getting Internet with just Wi-Fi is relatively easy. With the right equipment and a reliable service provider, you can be up and running in no time. So, if you’re looking to access the Internet without a traditional wired connection, Wi-Fi is the way to go! https://justwifirouter.com/best-wifi-router-for-cox/

yeast killing formula: black seed oil. 500mg 3x daily, oregano spirits: 1 dropper 2-3xday empty stom, palo de 'arco spirits. same as oregano, activated charcoal. 1tsp morn&night, terramin clay. 1tsp morn&night, tumeric. 3 pills 2-3xday, probiotic: 1/day. healing nutrients: colostrum: 1tbs 2-3xday, organ capsules. 1serving morning, collagen protein. 1x daily, foods: 3+ month aged cheese( the older the better), eggs, butter, salami, organ meats, small amounts of red meat on occasion, avocados, 100percent cacao, honey, all herbs, homemade sourdough bread bc of the easily digestible nutrients, olive oil, coconut oil, sardines in olive oil. I have committed to making all my own bread and I've felt great and have gotten very good. Honey is a great sugar replacement. I go ham in it. Get local and raw. raw milk, sour krout, kombutcha honey jun, unfiltered wheat beers(best to not drink though). poison: sugar, nuts and seeds, whole grains, legumes, nightshades, raw veggies, coffee, peppers, alcohol, Vegetable oils. Yeah I just watched all of healyourgutguys free videos and put together my own comprehensive program from it. I've been off meds and simptom free for 9 months now so it's working. I can go into more detail about the gut health part if you want. I understand it pretty well now.

Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with UC over 20 years ago. My dx was updated to crohn's disease when I had my first fistulotomy surgery about 4 years ago. I just had my second in the last month a week ago. This was the 5th total over the past 4 years. Next they'll have to remove the rectum. This is very hard to live with. I don't feel comfortable under western medical treatment and I'm desperately wanting to avoid another surgery ever again and to heal. I keep searching for an alternative form of treatment and a natural and sustainable form of treatment. Diet and mental health seem to be essential. Yet it's not very highly emphasized at all in western medicine. I've experimented in Siddha, Ayurveda, Chinese medicines, and the Gerson therapy. They all have promise but I've found no way to sustainably follow any of that as faithfully enough over as significant period of time to see any significant results. They all require significant resources of time, money, and effort with very little support on any level. Now I see someone post on here about a heal your gut guy who has a bunch of videos on YouTube. It sounds pretty simple, has anyone tried it? It sounds so simple, but he's asking for $500 for the plans and support of putting it all together. Is there anyone reading this who has tried it? It sounds somewhat possible but this might be a scam. It just seems to easy and complete. If something that simple works the word should get out. They have a money back guarantee requiring they see that you're putting in an effort, and thats encouraging to me. I don't know how comfortable I am with all of the animal meat and I'm not sure how big of a requirement that is in healing? Or if anyone out here knows of any successful healing outside of western medicine, please share. Love, Rob

Hi Bex! Yeah it does get difficult, especially when someone you are close to loves to try new foods. You have to be very focused on YOU and the consequences of eating unclean. Willpower is everything. It might seem awkward to not eat at a restaurant or rude to not try someone's food, but you have to just be strong and say "no, I can't have it sorry". Temptations are real but your health is the most important! You can do this!

I was Dx with Crohn's in 2009 ---> Prednisone, Imuran, Remicade with no great response. I started SCD in August 2011 and have been med free since Nov 2011. My partner is a foodie and since I do relatively well if I stay on track, he forgets the importance of my diet and I'm losing willpower and was just looking online for some support. I do get symptom reminders of how important keeping it clean is. A frustrating road sometimes. I will add that autonomic nervous system balancing/managing stress has been as important as the nutrition for me for sure.

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with uc in 2008 and struggled for ten years with flares/hospitalization/trying different meds. I finally went on Remicade, which controlled my symptoms for three years until winter 2018 when it stopped working completely and my body went into complete chaos. I got inflammatory arthritis in both hips and couldn't walk for a couple of months while also having extreme uc symptoms and dropping drastic weight. At this point I decided to take my health into my own hands and try different diets. I came across healyourgutguy on YouTube and it really changed my life. It's basically about killing all the bad bacteria and yeast in your digestive track and replacing them with good guys. As soon as I started eating right and stopped injuring my gut, things started to get better. It took a while for everything to heal up but now I have been symptom and medication free for about six months. I also healed from a 4 inch pyoderma gangrenosa (had to go on steroids for a short time) but it healed nicely on its own as I tappered down and got off the Prednisone. So basically the idea is to eat foods that are 1. easy to digest 2. high calorie so you don't have to digest as much 3. dont overeat so your intestines can rest 4. Intermittent fasting (only eat for 6-10hrs/day, same time everyday to give your intestines time to rest) And yeah it's not much variety but it's all really delicious, especially when you feel well enough to start experimenting with sourdough honey desserts. Some mistakes I've made that made me have small symptoms: 1. I was eating a lot of store bought bread that had all natural and simple ingredients but was not fermented. With bread, the long ferment recipes are what you want or my favorite is to use leftover sourdough starter, add baking soda, salt, honey, herbs, mix very well and cook at 400 in buttered cupcake trays for 30 mins. Very easy. 2. I was overeating and eating late at night 3. I was eating cheap cheeses that were not aged long enough. If it has crystals, it's gold. 4. I was still eating out (remember that restaurants usually go for cheap ingredients and therefore usually out vegetable oil in everything) like think about trying to squeeze oil out of a vegetable...very unnatural. Anyway, that's all I have for now. I hope this helps someone out there. Thanks for reading my first novel
