I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in May this year, and have found that diet change and supplementation was most impactful for me. To go from fear of urgency in public, to never needing to know where the bathroom is, is an amazing feeling most people with normal toileting will never know!

It is SO encouraging to read peoples personal stories describing their successful healing journeys and what has worked for them!! That knowledge is priceless, and we owe it to each other not to keep it to ourselves.

Forums are amazingly helpful, but unfortunately we don't get the timely response or real time interaction we usually want. If you want more timely support AND/OR you would like to help others by sharing the knowledge you have picked up along the way on your healing journey, then please join my Facebook group - Heal Ulcerative Colitis Naturally.

Find it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1342924975817671/?ref=bookmarks

We would love to be a source of encouragement, hope, support and knowledge for you, and we would TOTALLY appreciate any contribution you would make to the group.
