Looking for answers

I dont have a diagnosis, but pretty sure I have some form of IBD, and Im looking for others with similar symptoms prior to diagnosis. Im a 34 yr old female with 2 children. For years Ive had issues with rectal bleeding following a firm bm, but right after my youngest was born it got worse, and the abdominal pain started. It was a sharp pain in my midsection, not low abdominal cramping, and was always followed by the urge to go, sometimes without result. My primary referred me to a GI specialist who ordered a ton of tests, including endoscopy and colonoscopy. The only thing found was 2 small polyps, both of which were removed and found to be no cause for concern. This was about 2 years ago. The sharp pains eventually went away, but the occasional bleeding continued, and I just accepted that it would be something I would have to manage. A few months ago new symptoms started, and Im at my breaking point. Every morning I spend hours running to the bathroom, camped on the toilet for anywhere between 10-30 minutes with the most excruciating lower abdominal cramping that makes me nauseous because it hurts so bad, and the entire time Im passing loose stool. Its not watery, just loose, and the urge to push and try to get more out continues for a while after it stops. Many times I sit for so long that my legs fall asleep, and I need help getting up. I cant plan anything for morning at this point, and it doesnt seem to matter what time I get up, it always starts within the first hour of getting out of bed, usually within 20 minutes. Ive changed my diet to avoid greasy/acidic foods, cut soda almost completely in exchange for water. Previously I drank Pepsi most of the day, and now I might have a small glass once every couple weeks. I do drink a cup of weak coffee most days, but even on days I dont have any, theres no difference. A few years ago, my mother was diagnosed with crohns after suffering with similar symptoms for over a year. Ive done research into the symptoms of crohns and UC, and both say weight loss is a typical symptom, which is incredibly true in my moms case. She lost a ton of weight fairly quickly, but Ive been slowly gaining since about this time last year, so Im not sure. Has anyone else had symptoms like mine without the weight loss? If youve read this far, thank you. I would appreciate it if anyone with circumstances similar to mine would please share their story. I want to compare similarities/differences because the websites give generalizations of symptoms, and not everyone fits that. Thanks in advance!

Please help. I’m in limbo too. 2 months ago I started having loose stool with blood, roughly once every other day. No pain and no problems until one day I had some very spicy food and I had a whole range of symptoms for 2 days. These included inability co control my urge to pass stool, bloody stool more than 3 times a day and feeling the urge but only passing a little blood and very little watery stool.
after that my symptoms improved again. I was careful about what I ate and I was only left with loose stool once a day nothing else.
doctors said it might not be
colotis since symptoms improved.
i can’t do colonoscopy and other tests cause I’m pregnant.
yesterday after eating some eggs which I’m intolerant to the bloody diarrhea returned. It’s mild but it’s there. Could this be something else other than colitis or crohn’s??

I’ve had UC for 10 years. You need to get another doctor that can give you a  diagnosis. It’s not easy to find a dr that is committed to helping you. I’ve been through four and I’m ready to switch again.

Cut out all caffeine, processed foods, fried foods and raw vegetables..
