Nutrition/Diet Tracker

Sun, January 24, 2021 12:54 PM

I was recently diagnosed with UC in July. I was wondering if anyone has heard of a good food diary/nutrition journal with a symptom tracker. I had improvement with mesalamine, but this past week I had pretty bad symptoms. I want to get a good handle on seeing what foods may be contributing. The apps I looked at didn't have very good reviews.

Thank you!

I hope you will get rid of this health issue very soon if you continuously follow a healthy diet plan and keep on using medicine regularly. My online thesis writer says that health is permanent and diseases are temporary so don't lose heart and be hopeful about your health.
