Car Trips

Sun, June 24, 2018 3:29 PM

I am a college student so going on trips to see family is pretty common. Recently my gut has started acting a little better but the moment I set foot in the car to go on a trip that is an hour or longer I immediately start to feel it and I can’t tell if I am just uncomfortable or really have to go. I end up having to stop at every possible place just to be safe. Is this a mental thing? If so has anyone else experienced it or have any tips?

I had sort of the opposite problem, on trips of an hour or more I found I had to go as soon as I stopped and got out of the car.  I also would hit the restroom before starting any trips.  Also on flights, if there was open seating I’d get an isle seat in the very back,of the plane by the restrooms if possible
