Hello!
I am traveling to the UK in a few weeks and will be staying for a month. I am currently taking Humira injections once a week and I am just wondering if anyone has had experience with flying with Humira and if so, what all do I need to do for that? We'll be on Virgin Airlines, so i'm not sure if that will have any effect on how I pack either.
Any information would be super helpful!
Thanks!

I haven't had an issue traveling with Humira. I got a free travel case from Humira -- My Humira nurse ambassador told me about it. It's a small case that comes with a reusable ice pack, instructions, and info on what Humira is.

I travel frequently and used to travel with subcutaneously administered medication. I've only been stopped once in Germany where I was asked in English what was in the cooler. I responded "medicine". The customs official briefly inspected the cooler and I was back on my journey.
I also kept a letter of necessity with me written by my doctor just in case but have never had to use it. I've traveled to most major European countries and several countries in Asia.
