Probiotics

Mon, April 03, 2017 9:24 AM

I have been taking a probiotic with my ulcerative colitis meds. I also take some aloe Vera tab. I changed from culturally to a Walmart probiotic and can tell a difference. My question is, what supplements have you had success with? Thanks

Probiotics do nothing. They are not human bacteria. But a supplement yhat does work is candidase. Sold at walmart.com. The reason we have crohns and uc is that we desire more carbs than non-uc prople. As a result we grow more candidiasis which disrupts our gigestive  system
