low grade dysplasia found... not sure what to expect

I  have Crohns for the past 18 years.  I am currently on Remicade, metho etc and had a colonoscopy
Pathology says low grade dysplasia in two areas of my colorn (rectum and about 40 cm up)
I am going into NYC to see a surgeon/specialist in crohns and colitis but I wanted to see what to possibly expect as far as recommendations go when I go.
Do they normally just say get a coloctomy or are there possibly other ways to deal with this.
