Medicare Part D Plan Options for Crohn's

Fri, February 12, 2021 11:36 AM

I have recentlty retired at age 70 and currently on Mesalamine 1.2gm twice daily for Crohn's. Medicare Part D Drug plan options with Mesalamine (Tier 4) are very expensive. Does anyone know of or use a cheaper alternative drug for Crohn's covered by Medicare? I have had Crohn's for 30 years.
