Whole 30

Has anyone tried the Whole 30 diet? At this point I'm desperate for any relief and nothing seems to be working. I've been steroid dependent for 8 months, finished the loading doses of entivyio and on a host of other meds and supplements to try and control the severe pain, constipation, diarrehea and nasuea. The docs cant seem to figure out what's going on because my most recent colonscopy and CT don't show any strictures, blockages or fistulas.

Whole 30 seems to have some pretty significant promise but I'm still worried about starting it because when i feel really sick the only stuff i can manage to get down are crackers (Whole 30 is grain free).

I have been doing some reading about the Whole30 diet and one woman said she was very successful with it. I have personally done the Paleo diet and it has done amazing things for me. I went a month without medication and was virtually symptom free. It requires very clean eating and doesn't cause that bloats feeling I'm sure all of us face almost daily. If you want, give it a try! It changed my life and I hope it can do the same for you. Best of luck!
