Bleeding + slight cramp despite healthy diet

Sat, April 02, 2016 1:33 PM

I am bleeding on the toilet paper but not in the pan after a bit of celery diced in tomato. For last two weeks i eat no processed food and no bread, cakes or soda. I have had better bowel movements since and have halved my visits total to the toilet. Is there any vegetable that is tough on my colon?

Are you asking if there are any veggies that ARE or are NOT tough on your colon? I think most veggies are tough simply due to their fiber and cellulose content, right? Anything high in fiber will be rough to digest, I believe. Potatoes are the only thing I can think of, that would be easy to digest.
