Egg Substitute for baking and cooking

1.5 TBLSP ground flaxmeal in 3 TBLSP hot water= 1 egg.

I have made amazing vegan cornbread and cookies this way as well as turkey vegetable loaf. The key is to let the flaxmeal sit in the very hot water for 10 minutes. It becomes egg like! It is amazing.
