"Brittany Currey" has been reported to the authorities of CCFA for abuse of this forum. She attempts to lure people into a private e-mail correspondence so she can hustle a variety of useless vitamin/mineral potions for which there is no evidence of even a slight positive impact on inflammatory bowel disease. In essence, she is a professional sales rep seeking to profit personally from people's pain and suffering. I find this unconscionable. Soon enough she will be banned from this forum and her posts deleted. In the interim, I thought it best to save people some time and money by alerting them to what she is up to.

hi.  Stress plays a major role in my chron's disease!  I am sorry you are struggling with this.  Please know you are not alone.  Have you talked to your dr. about maybe taking something for stress and/ or anxiety?  I take nortriptyline and it has helped.  I teach and all summer I have been doing well.  I did have a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago and it did show signs of chron's but I haven't had a flare up all summer.  Good luck.  We are here for you!

I totally get it. Read my feeling frustrated post. I will tell you that I have found that stress is the worst trigger for my crohns. Unfortunately hard to control when some stress comes along. Try to eliminate anything you can that may give you stress
