Colitis Cause and treatment part 1

Hi

The reason for colitis is when youre sitting still to much. Now some may say that they have an active job ore that they are athlets. This is not it. Even though beeing athlet ore having an active job you may still be sitting still to much in the actual sitting position for example in front of the TV, in front of the computer, in the car, on the schooldesk. Lying still and standing still is okey but not stitting still to much. So it doesnt mean that you are lazy in that sense but it means that you are sitting still in the actual sitting position to much.

Treatment that helped me in only one day from having blood in my stool almost every day to having nothing at all is; after every meal (either directly after ore 5 to 10 minutes after the meal) do 10-15 pushups and 20-30 situps (I also see drinking only water without food as a meal and do the situps afterward). Now I eat chips, candy and icecream almost every day and whatever I want to eat without any blod anymore. Sometimes I eat so much it fells like my stomach almost bursts but without any blod. Food is not the cause when avoiding some food it only weakens you. However some food worsens the ulcer/wound/inflamation in the colon and some food is mild to it. Now when Im eating all I want it makes my body stronger and I feel totally healthy.

I told another person about this treatment with the same problem and it helped him too. After some time I met him I asked him how it goes with the blood he said that it workes good but he told me that if he cheats/stops with the treatment for about 4 days the blood comes back and then when he starts again it dissapears. I think this shows how good this treatment is.

Kindly

Hi!

I wrote "I should only take 1-2 days" but it should be;  it should only...

Also the cause of the colitis Im 100% sure is from sitting still in the sitting position but for the treatment you can only try it out.

Peace

Hi!

No I didnt use medications neither before nor after the treatment but I had blood in the stool almost every day the last year until I started with the treatment.

Just try it out. I should only take 1 or 2 days to get rid of the blood and then if it works you can try to eat all that you couldnt eat before and still have no blood. Dont be scared just try it out and if it works be kind and let me know.

Peace

I too admit to being skeptical. Testimonial and a few specific cases unfortunately can not be used as scientific evidence of an effective treatment. There needs to be research with manipulation of an independant variable and all confounding (or alternative explaination) variables controlled for. Also there needs to be a way to test placebo effect for your claims. Without these scientific methods used, it's hard to say what caused your symptoms to go away and why.

I have a few questions regarding your post because I've never heard info like that before regarding colitis. My first question is "did you find this information through research or is this a theory of your own?" Also, "what medications were you on before you started this routine?" I don't mean for this to come across the wrong way but several doctors from Boston where the best care is have always told me that excessive exersize can flare the colitis and that after eating you should relax for a few minutes in order to let your food properly digest. If this is for real and it works for you then thats great. I apologize for being a little skeptical but I've never heard this information before.
