Perianal Abscess

Hi, My husband had a perianal abscess and had surgery 4 weeks ago and they put a drain for the abscess and now they gave him remicade because his crohns symptoms were showing. The abscess now stopped. Since it was the third time he got admitted to the hospital, the doctors made sure everything is under control by taking MRI's and everything and told there are no more abscess and the inflammation( C-reactive protein) is down from 110 to 33. He also still had pain in his bottoms and hard like skin to which doctors said its due to inflammation and it will heal with time. We got discharged on last saturday. But now his pain got worse, the pain in his bottom(left buttock) is more and it looks like a big lump which is very hard to touch and very painful. Currently on pain killers but they dont seems to work much. We are worried what it could be, since doctors said that the scans doesnt show any abscess last week and the main symtom is fever and he is not having any.
