Pesach

Any advise for the seder? I have ordered wheat free matzoz, dairy free ice cream and my friend is preparing gluten- free matzo balls. I figure I can eat the soup and dishes that are cooked and bland. No charosets or horseradish!!

I would be interested in anyone else's seder suggestions.

Other than eating smaller portions, the big thing for me will be grape juice instead of wine.  I'll need to watch my horseradish consumption especially since we're serving standing rib roast.

We really scaled back our Seder this year since I'm not up to doing the big production we always do.  Luckly, I have lots of chix soup in the freezer, so I don't need to worry about making that.

I have UC, so I'm not really on any restrictive diet.  Last week I had m-ball soup for dinner.
