Little Boy's Rights for sports with no bathroom close by....

Mon, April 20, 2009 7:04 PM

What are the rights of kids that want to participate in sports but there are no bathrooms in the fields?  There is a soccer and baseball team in our school district (but the district will say they do not sponser these activities.)

Do I have any rights to make them open up the school for a bathroom or put a portable bathroom out in the field?

When your little boy is obsessed with sports and playing, you'll be relieved to know that he has the right to go to the bathroom whenever he feels the need. So you can check https://drhtv.tv/ and solve their online game easily. Whether it's in a public restroom or at home, knowing that he is free to leave whenever he sees fit can be of great benefit to him. Here are some of the best places around town that have lots of restrooms available and don't require paying or waiting in line at all.

I totally agree.  I can understand the school perhaps not staying open or allowing access - but it shouldn't take much effort to have a johnny on the spot available .  Good luck with your efforts.

There should be some sort of restroom facility available for anyone playing in OR attending the event.  UC is considered a disability.  I would think this would fall under the Disability Act.
