Natural Cure

Mon, May 04, 2009 12:00 AM

I have had Crohn’s since I was 12 (now 38).  I have had 3 major bowel resections with the last one being in 1996.  Back in 2006 I was faced with medication for the rest of my life or surgery. In 2006 I had a colonoscopy and they found a fistula in my large intestine. I was getting bloating and diarrhea as symptoms as well as weight loss and fatigue.  My intestines actually looked perfect with the exception of the fistula.  I was still taking the probiotics but there was something else I was missing.  I searched the internet and found a doctor who had a free 30+ page document on defeating the disease.  I read it a few times and had a conference call with this doctor.  I followed the program to the tee.  It was all about not eating certain types of foods, eliminating dairy products, taking some supplements which consisted of digestive enzymes and probiotics and most important was eliminating the foods I was allergic to.  Out of 88 foods I was tested for, I was allergic to 71 of them. Among them was pineapple and blueberries.  Pineapple has bromelain in it which is a powerful digestive enzyme. After 52 days of following the program strictly, I went from bloating diarrhea to a normal bowel movement.  The sensation of the fistula was gone and I was healthy again.  I stayed on the rotated diet introducing more foods along the way for about 10 months.  It is the end of 2008 and I am as healthy as can be. Drugs do nothing but present more problems.  The human body was not meant to eat junk food and milk products ll day long.  The human body was meant to eat a whole food plant based diet which is healthy for the human body.  Chiropractic care is essential to true wellness as well. Health is about wellness and not about relieving symptoms.  Please contact me if you want to discuss further.  My email is jayman00711@hotmail.com.

Please email me at jayman00711@hotmail.com with the question.   Yes, natural food can cure you but you need to know what you are allergic to and eliminate those foods to allow your immune system to normalize itself. Trial and error would have been extremely difficult at least for me because I was allergic to 71 or 88 foods I was tested for.  Once I only at the 17 foods while rotating some of the other foods, I closed a fistula in 52 days.  I can share more if you email me.  thanks

I have been suffering from Crohn's since 2003...I am 26 years old and after a recent flare-up have decided that i need to alter treatment plan and explore different options. I wanted to ask you about the process by which you determined what foods you were allergic to? What type of professionals assisted you?

Well Done

I have dealt with the reality of Crohn’s disease since I was a child, I am 53 year old. When I began to take a more natural approach in dealing with my symptoms, I was surprised at how well I did . Where medication failed, eating more natural did not. Beef was the first to do from my diet. Beef is one of the hardest meats for a normal human intestinal system to digest. For a person with Crohn’s like me, it took so digest I began to have violent reactions for it…. From sever stomach cramps , throwing-up and diarrhea as my body tried to rid itself of something it could not handle. Although , I can deal with milk products, I can’t deal with flour products , or rice either. Both tend to ball up inside me and cause blockage’s. I have been known to have constipation and diarrhea at the same time, because my small intestine was blocked. I began to remove other things from my diet, life processed sugar and preservatives, in order to gain control over the bad bacteria in my intestine. I added a product called Perfect Foods ( bought at the health store ) because it is one product that contains not only all the green veggie nutrition I need on a daily bases, but it also contains good bacterial and enzymes vital for proper digestion.

Although, eating natural is not a cure for this disease, it will control help the symptoms far better than any medication the doctors could prescribe.
