I applied for dissability in May 08. I have been denied twice, I have a Lawyer now and have a hearing in Feb 09. It is so hard to wait, I can't work anymore. I applied for state dissability Insurance, so hopefully I will be getting a little income soon. Good luck to you all.

Yes I did and I am on my third appeal which can take anywhere from 18-24 months and during this process I am not allowed to have any income
