Taw, you're going through a really tough time. If you can kinda "step back" a little it may help. Remember, the medical establishment is responsible for the medical aspects of your husband's dialysis. It you can try not to take on his illness as your own. You can be supportive and helpful but let him take the lead and tell you how you can help rather then you running around trying to do "this and that". Sometimes trying to be all there for someone doesn't give them the opportunity to make decisions and learn to manage on their own.

I went through my husband's cancer as well as a son's so I know what it's like to be on overload, especially when you yourself feel awful. Since stress can make you feel worse as well, you may have to think about how you can have "get away" time for you and share the burden. Although no one person would want to hear you constantly tell your tale of woes, don't be afraid to call friends and relatives and if you need to talk out how you feel, don't pick the same person all the time and try to make as many of your conversations about "them" as possible. They will respond in kind when it's "your turn" and you will find you'll have multiple outlets.

It ain't easy I know. My thoughts and prayers to give you strength are included here!

Wow, you have more than enough on your plate!   I can relate, not entirely, but partially.

My daughter has been living with CD from infancy and I have dealt with dialysis with my dad.   Ironically, today is his birthday.   He would have been 66 today.

You need to give yourself credit for doing all that you are doing.  I truly am a believer that HE doesn't give you more than you can handle.   Though at times I question the judgment.....only to come out the other side a stronger woman.

Know that you are not alone and that it will get better.

May God bless you and give you strength.
