What does everyone eat at night

I am having trouble sleeping at night. I think it is what or how much I eat. Any advice on what your supper meal is.

I agree with Patrick7801. I have a normal breakfast and then eat small amounts every two or three hours during the day. For supper which I eat late, I have something light. Stay away from bulk as in spaghetti and meatballs with parmesan cheese and Italian bread. Soups are very good, easy on the stomach. Any fish, grass fed beef, rabbit, free range chickens, goose, lamb, buffalo, duck, cornish game hens, Alaskan crab.  Cook from scratch. Buy organic if you can afford it. Rutabaga, squash, broccoli, spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, tomatoes. Organic peanut butter, sardines, pita bread, whole wheat bread, eggs. And so on.

I try and stick with a smaller sized portion.  I usually eat fish and steamed veggies. This seems to work for me. My gut seems to go easy on me when I don't eat large portions.
