I have had Crohns for 18 years (I'm 33) and I have finally decided that I need to find a job that I can do from home. I've tried for years to work outside of my home but I always end up having a flare-up and having to quit or getting fired for so many absences. I have an associates degree and I am 20 credits away from my BS in psychology (which I will hopefully finish when I am feeling better). I am willing to complete whatever other training I would need to, to be able to work from home, but I just don't know what kind of jobs are out there. I have looked into medical transcription but I would like to see what other options are out there. Does anyone know of any other jobs I could do from home?

I have just started to look for jobs and home and found the following site:
Although I have not utilized it yet it seems as though this site has some legit work at home.
Good luck and keep me posted, please.

I learned from my search a couple of years ago that the "buzzword" is "telecommute". I know for sure that Aetna, United Healthcare, 1800 Flowers and another company whose names is escaping me.....shoot. Anyway, when I think of it I will re-post. But they all hire people to work from home. It is definitely worth looking into!
