Hi, I am happy to know that the Probiotics helped you immensely.

I have just started taking Probiotics 2 days ago. I am a UC patient diagnosed early this year. I am hoping to look towards a positive effect of this medication.

Just a question, are you ok with consuming bread? My dietician suggested I reduce my intake of bread since any form of wheat/fibre affects the gut. I have to admit it is very hard to avoid eating breads in any form and Gluten-free breads tasta absoultely horrible !!!!

I am trying to reduce my bread intake to once a day/3-4 times a week only.

If you are in remission, what do/did you do to stay there? Hi EZ.  I been busy but doing well.

I just have some stainless steel cookware.  Nothing special.

I really notice the difference with the air quality and mattress when I am traveling.  When I wake up in the morning in a hotel I am always congested but at home I am not …anymore.

Hi Patman, Good seeing you again.  Can you tell me more about the cookware you use instead..is it Visions by Corelle?  Also can you tell me about what type of mattress you have and also about the air system you have.  Thanks so much.

Great to hear your doing so well.

I have done many of the same things you have.

I have also made a strong point to remove exposure to toxins.

I have removed my mercury fillings, got rid of the teflon coated cookware, latex matress, house air filter upgrade.

Next is to add a water filtration system to take care of the Barium, arsenic and lead in my well water.
