Samantha,

So sorry you're feeling this way. We all have our moments, don't we? Just remember that we are strong and we can do difficult things.

By the way, Alan never said that this disease is your fault. He would never be so cruel, if you ask me. The trouble with our diets is that we all were raised on breads and other foods that nobody knew was junk. It DOES play a HUGE role in our health. We just never KNEW that it would. So nobody is pointing fingers or laying blame, but just sharing the information that could help mold the future of our health.

Hang in there, Samantha. I hope you're feeling better since you posted this. And remember that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Be strong.

The person who said your diet has in part given you this disease is WRONG. All experts agree that diet is not a factor in contracting the disease. A person who already has the disease can sometimes improve his/her symptons with diet modifications specific to that person. This is absolutely not your fault.
