Job Searching...

Mon, August 20, 2012 9:22 AM

Hello All!

I am wondering when is the best time during an interview process to discuss accommodations that I need related to my Chron's?  I am currently receiving Remicaid every 6 weeks and require the day off for the treatment.

I feel if I disclose it during the first interview, I will not even be considered...but if I disclose it during the offer, I feel that I am hiding it.

Any thoughts on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!

It is not easy for Chron's patients dealing with such kind of disease along with hectic job routines. The assignment writing service is a good platform to boost your chance to get hired for a job you are looking for and you will definitely get leverage to your treats.

I too receive Remicade (every 7 weeks), and I find it difficult to constantly take days off work - esp when I'd rather use those days for something FUN!  I've tried working through my treatments and returning to work afterwards, but I'm so grumpy and tired afterward that its hard to juggle.  But as far as interviewing, I don't think you should have to disclose it.  But negotiating extra time off work might be something you will want to look into if you also need the full day off work too.
