Excercise

What excercise do you recommend to reduce the stress for a 53 year old woman with a full time job and a J pouch with chronic pouchitis.  I hate excercising but, keep hearing how good it is for you so I think I better do something so my emotional well being is better.  Thanks.

I would try walking. 

I have not made the effort to get back in to running, but I love walking.

May be some hand weights for resistance exercise.
