Desperate for help

Tue, May 31, 2016 6:41 PM

Hi, my name is Maria, and I'm gonna be 28 soon. I hope this message will reach somebody kind who can help me somehow...

I really need to get an ostomy, but I also need to have a surgery prior to it which I can't afford. I really don't know what to do, since I can't work like normal people due to my illness. So I basically took a chance and set up a donation page, hoping I will get enough donations to afford the surgery. I'm hoping to find blogs and YouTubers that can help to bring some awareness to this "campaign". I contacted some, but I didn't get a response yet (I just started).

Can you help me spread the word? Are you perhaps in a position to help as well?
Really, anything you could think of, would be helpful to me. I really just sit here with no options, no alternatives, nothing. I'm just trying to think outside the box and try anything that comes into my mind.

Think of me as a woman who had 4 years of her life ruined by Ulcerative colitis, and who can't get her life back without these surgeries. So please, help me. Somehow. Thank you.  Link to my donation page: https://gogetfunding.com/i-need-an-ostomy-bag-please-help/

Would you be interested in knowing how I cured colitis? It's a long story, some people don't believe in cures especially if they're simple, and I 'd like to share my solution with anyone who will listen.   Peter

Can you get on Obamacare? Or your State's insurance for people who cannot otherewise get insurance (due to pre-existing conditions, etc) What about finding a surgeon who takes on pro-bono jobs? Can you file for disability (if you win your case, you could get Medicare benefits through them)
