Hi I just had my jpouch surgery 3montys ago , I'm feelin good got the weight back on and I'm back to lifting weights the past month. I found the 2nd surgery a lot tougher than the 1st so I'm just wondering what kind of experience others had with theirs and any tips in preparation for the final one. All opinions welcome 🙂

Congrats on your surgery!  It sounds like you're progressing nicely.  I had a Koch Pouch 30 years ago, and I remember how "hellish" it was.  These surgeries (Koch and J-Pouch) were new back then with lots of problems.  Fortunately, I only had one major problem right after my first surgery.  However, that was corrected the second time.  These are tough surgeries.  I would say I really wasn't back 100% for about a year.  And it took about two years for me to be able to eat whatever I wanted.  But it was so worth it all!!!  You'll do well...just move forward and keep a positive attitude.
