Hi,i'm a 39 yr old female living in yardley PA. I have had crohn's disease for almost 24 yrs now,i have had more than 6 surgeries,and now have a permanat illesotomy since 2004. I'm looking to find someonw near my age,amle or female that has maybe some similar issues,that is looking for a friend that i can talk with,or if you were to live somewhere close by-maybe meet up-i just wanst to able to to vent if i want,not just on a website,but really talk w/someone that has gone thru similar experiences or at least has crohn's and has had surgeries and problems after that.if there is anyone out there that fits this description,please reply back to me and i will give you my contact info.

***in case some of you are not aware of this-there is a walk every year thru CCFA called"take steps" it is done in many,many states,you raise money thru donations or fundraisers,and walk w/tons of people just like you-you get to meet a lot of new people,and hear many stories,from little kids to people in their 70's. if interested,please look on the website:

Hi..I have had Crohns since 1993. Have had many ups and downs and have had a very difficult time getting symptoms under control when I turned 30. Had multiple surgeries and now living with a temporary ostomy (hopefully). I am 35 years and would love to find someone I can talk to and can understand what I am going through. If you are interested let me know.

I am from Florence, CO and have had UC for two years. I have been thru two flares and I am sure their will be more. It just seems all this medicine we take just mask the problem for a little while. Am very scared I will wind up with surgery sooner or later. I will check into this site ccfatakesteps.com.

hi, my name is tommy and i have been fighting crohn's sence 1996. i've had three longterm hospital stays and 4 surgerys. i started to feel better for a bit and now i'm going through another flare up. if you would like to talk to me please respond, thank you!

I have had Crohn's since I was 11 I'm almost 21 now, and I've had one surgery that made me feel well for a while. Now I'm dealing with a stricture and a fistula

I can relate to somethings you're going through. If you'd like to talk about it sometime let me know :)
