Sick and increased weight !!!😩

Sooooo I'm pretty new to this... never did much forums far less spoke out about my issues. I'm 21 years old with Crohn's disease. I've had many surgeries one including what is called an ileostomy. It seems since I had this surgery done( august 2015), I've been having issues losing weight which has never been a problem before... Im currently 139lbs and I'm 5'3. I know that's not overweight or anything for my height but I don't feel good about myself. I constantly look at myself as fat and I think I'm on a quick road to developing some kind of eating disorder if I don't start doing something about at least expressing how I feel about this said weight. Before surgery I was about 120 lbs so I've put on almost 20 lbs in the past year and a half and I have no idea how to get it off with the ileostomy. I'll admit my biggest issue is my sweet tooth but other than that I'm not a big eater and due to just having major surgery less than 2 months ago I am still a bit limited with movement. Guess I'm just looking for some support or some ideas of how to look and feel differently about the situation I am faced with. I know I am not overweight like I said, but I'm no longer the size I desire and it feels like I'm obsessed with the scale. Anyone have any ideas ?

Hi. To regain your original body figure, you can adopt certain type of exercises. This will help you to burn your body fats. I would also suggest you to choose thé anti-cellulite from https://www.cellublue.com/fr/ to shed body weight. Also, stay away from junk and oily food.

I am just like you!! I have gained a lot of weight and it's hard for me to not eat or not over eat on sugar or anything else. I feel you! I weigh (as of currently) 139 pounds. So if you ever want to talk about it maybe we can switch phone numbers.
