Using essential oils to manage exacerbation of colitis symptoms during menstruation...and beyond

I was diagnosed with UC in 2004 which was initially managed well with Mesalamine. My next flare necessitated oral steroids to go into remission and then last year I had a serious enough incident that I needed to start Remicade and 6mp...the big guns.
Despite these meds symptoms had been particularly bad (bloating, some bleeding) right before my period due to pressure on the colon. This also affected my mood and focus so that I completely dreaded periods and also had no cramp relieve (since I could never take Motrin due to risk of bleeding.)
5 months ago I began using certified pure therapeutic  grade essential oils and have had a complete health reset so that I am no longer symptomatic in terms of UC during menstruation and my mood and focus are easily managed.
The oils have helped me slow down and focus minute to minute on what my body needs and are wonderful tools to provide that need as well. The oils are extracts from plants which are really the plants' protective forces...and they function similarly when we ingest them, breath them in or apply them topically. I have a goal to stop Remicade sometime in the future and am confident that I will be okay without a TNF inhibitor agent and its side effects.

I would love to educate and support others on their journey to healing through natural solutions. Please message me for additional information on the essential oils.
