Diet & Lifestyle

I've done some research, and have been struggling to know which website to trust. 1 website says I can have almond milk, another says limit dairy products if lactose in tolerant which I'm not but still very confusing. I seem to struggle with putting anything in my system. I either get very nauseated or my stomach bothers me..I also fill up way to easily. I can barely finish my meal..I miss the days where I can finish my meals. Also I meant to only respond once..It kept saying it wasn't posting, and then it posted multiple times.

Thanks for your response. My doctor changed my diet to fodmap. There's a lot of limited stuff I can have. I can't even have asparagus and have to limit my chocolate intake. Which is very hard on me.

Tlisicki, I am a caregiver and i would like to make the same suggestion i made in your previous question in which I suggested that it may be a good idea to try drinking 2 ounces to 4 ounces of stabilized aloe vera once a day, understand stabilized aloe is processed in a unique way which allows it to maintain its original quality. This means that the taste is going to be challenging because there are no sweeteners or anything added. As part of the process they add fruits such as mountain berries and cranberries as part of the stabilization process, so pretty healthy stuff I would say. Stabilized aloe vera enables your bowel to move more smoothly and helps prevent bowel inflammation, bloating and prevents constipation. Perhaps you may want to check out this site and hope it helps; www.americanaloe.flp.com

Hi Tlisicki, I am a caregiver, and i have taken care of  someone with a similar problem. i imagine it must be a challenge for you to be going through this. I suggest you check with your doctor for possible milk intolerance if you are not sure. I  also suggest you try stabilized aloe vera drink and see how that goes . It seemes to work for me though but every person differs one from the other as you know. Stabilized aloe vera is processed differently from others so it is said to maintain its original quality. i i drink it as a daily nutritional tonic and helps my digestion and  appetite. I was recommended by a reliable family friend, and used it ever since, www.americanaloe.flp.com

I'm on a low fiber/low residue diet. Someone please help. I reached out to the experts on this website twice, but haven't received any responses. So now I'm reaching out to you who may be going through the same thing. Someone please respond. I was just diagnosed last year.
