Weight and Eating

Thu, October 01, 2020 11:07 AM

Hello so I've been struggling to get my weight up and trouble eating. My problem with food is I just sometimes don't feel hungry even though I should and need to eat I just can't sometimes, sometimes I get nauseous and because of this I haven't been able to gain weight and it's starting to get uncomfortable being the weight I currently am (98lbs at 21 years old) my goal weight/happy weight is around 120 lbs and I'm trying to get there but it's hard when you are a picky eater and sometimes just don't wanna eat. I'm currently on sulfazalizine and it does good for me, I'm taking tons of supplements and vitamins everyday, my poop is great no diarrhea and I'm not waking up in the night millions of times so I'm doing good overall just I can't seem to gain any weight and I'm at a loss so if anyone is out there dealing with this please let me know what you did and/or what you are doing, it would be greatly appreciated. :)

I truly understand where youre coming from. Im slowly gaining weight after several years of struggle. Here's a tip: Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. You can also top it off. Add extras to your dishes for more calories — such as cheese in casseroles and scrambled eggs, and fat-free dried milk in soups and stews. finger lakes realty

It's no secret that the amount of calories people eat and drink has a direct impact on their weight: Consume the same number of calories that the body burns over time, and weight stays stable.

Hello, Kelsey! I understand what you've been through! I tell you, i've been there. :) Gaining weight is also hard for me because of my metabolism. But, weight lifting excercise really helps. I gained muscles that helps me gain weight. You should also consume more carbs.

Best regards!

I experienced the same as yours last month. My co-workers in Building Decks advised to me to see the doctor for the proper treatment. After a week, I am totally fine. Hope you are well now.

I had the same concern when I worked in Bathroom Remodel Anchorage 3 years ago. What I did is to consult my doctol to properly raised my concern.

You should look at my first couple of posts in diet and nutrition. It would be nice for you to get off medication. Its simply about balancing your gut bacteria. I struggled with different medications and diets for about ten years and finally found a diet where I feel super healthy and energized and I havent been on any meds for 9 months now.
