Hi I’m so sorry. I know how it feels. Remember ppl will help you. If you have any questions I can definitely try to give you answers. I just joined this community. I’ve been using reddit. It’s been nice talking to ppl with the same thing going on. How old are you? I really wish you the best!

You have to join a support group.  Read all you can and educate yourself on tour disease.  See a counsellor if you need to.  You cannot change your diagnosis but you can be proactive in managing it and living the best life you can.  You got this!

You are entitled to a good cry, but then you need to take charge and find a treatment that works for you.  Read up as much as you can.  Work with your doctor to find a Med or meds that works for you.  Some people change their diet, reduce stress, exercise.  If you read these boards you’ll see that there are a lot of different meds available and some work on some people and not others.  Sometimes it goes into remission for no apparent reason.  If your doc puts you on a Med that isn’t working don’t be afraid to change.
