Microscopic colitis without symptoms

Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a peculiar one that I'd love input on. I know you're not doctors, but I'd still appreciate some feedback. Long story slightly shorter: I'm 30 years old, originally Scandinavian, but living in Asia for a few years. Around two years ago I was diagnosed with microcytic anemia, which wasn't followed up. Six months ago, I investigated it and did a gastro- and rectoscopy. Gut looked great. However, they did find microscopic colitis. Poor follow-up from doctors after that. Now here's the issue: I have no real symptoms of anything. I just have anemia, which doesn't seem to affect me much. Diharrea has occured occasionally and briefly, but living in Asia, this is commonplace -- so it's hard to establish causality. I've also had dry eyes / blepharitis since moving to Asia. I've understood these can be interconnected. All in all, I've likely had this for years. I'll push doctors for better follow up, but for now, I'm curious about your opinions. I've got no real symptoms, so what could this be? Food sensitivity? Celiac? "Delhi-belly"? Anyone experienced anything similar? Any input deeply appreciated! Best, Unsure

I had colitis and one of the first signs was anemia.  It kept getting worse until I was hospitalized and given five pints of blood. Turned out I was passing blood in my stool but never realized it because it was all diarhea. You might want to get your blood levels checked more regularly.
