Meds didn't get me into remission.Apple cider vinegar and bentonite clay did!

I've tried um all folks.Pred,budesonide,sulfa',imuran,80mg humeria a week for months!other ones I can't even remember..Did nothing.Humeria put me into remission for 2 weeks. Then I tried to lift weights and instant flare. Then one day during my endless flare I ate a cucumber Vinegret that my mom made for lunch.I remember when I ate it I had like 3 bowls of it.I craved it!The next day I felt great. No tipy toe to the toilet in the morning.I linked it to the vinegar. So for months I drank shots of diluted white vinegar! It reduced my brb to 2-3 instead of 8-13.Long story short I have found apple cider vinegar"organic" is best. But that only reduced my symptoms.Very noticeably tho.I resurched a way to cleanse my bowels.I have always believed our disease is from a pathogen, gut flora bacteria exc.I wanted to find a way to absorb whatever it was and pass it out.So I tried bentonite clay.Mixed with phusk solubal fiber.Ive been in remission from that day.I listened to my body and it told me what to do.Go to the grocery store and buy organic apple cider.Go home and mix it up with water in a cup.pour it like a couple shots of whisky.Instant flare relief for me.Find bentonite clay. The stuf I got was from a Whole Foods grocery store.Make sure it's the kind for consumption. My stuff was pre mixed in water.Listen.It worked for me.It might work for you.Wish I woulda had somebody tell me this in the beginning.Apple cider vinegar should be a staple in any chrones colitis arsenal.Im praying it works for anybody who tries it.Good luck.lmk if it works for any of you.GOD BLESS
