I’ve been on entyvio for a year with no results. I was on remicade for two years with no results. Prednisone was the only thing that worked. For me but I’ve used up my lifetime allotment. Tiredness pretty much hits everybody with crohns or colitis. I’m just happy I don’t barf nearly as
often I’m way down from “daily.”

Hi Sathiya,
I was on Entyvio for about 6 mos, it started to work alright within 2-3 months but caused me to be dizzy and tired. Unfortunately, in my case, the symptoms didnt go away. My GI switched me over to Remicade, less significant side effects, but I was still feeling tired and dizzy. What finally worked for me was that my ND suggested that I lower the dose of Remicade and add in a supplement. My GI was good with trying it out and for the last year thats been working for me. I've been pretty good on the CD and medication symptom front.

Entyvio may take 12-14 weeks to really see an improvement after staring it, I cant remeber if fatigue is a side effect. If fatiue is a usual symptom from his disease, Enytyvio may need more time to work. In my personal experience, it took 13-14 weeks being on it to realy feel improvement.
