55yo male. Started Entyvio about 6 mo ago. I've been fairly seditary the past year dealing with increased flare ups, but now that it's under control, I'm trying to be more active. I started a remodeling project during the evenings/weekends (office job by day), and when I'm done (averaging about 4 hours), I am EXTREMLY sore. Enough so that doing the remodeling job two days in a row would be too much. After a month of doing this every 2nd or 3rd day, I would have expected it to lessen, but it hasn't. Has anyone else experienced this on Entyvio? I don't see my GI doc for another 5 weeks.

I too started joint pain stiffness in legs neck shoulders bottom of feet after 6 months on entyvio. I gained 30 pounds in first few months as well however it works brilliantly for my Colitis of 35 yrs. it is gut specific so does nothing for the other side of bowel disease- joint pain and body aches. My G.I Dr is sending me for an RA consult and started me on prednisone for pain but I’m not a good prednisone recipient any longer (side effects bad) so I use Advil and Tylenol. No grain diet helps too no bread and few carbs. I tried sulfasalazine for a couple months to help but did nothing for the stiffness and joint pain. Going to ask for another solution st next appointment.
